Why Corporate Fitness Training?
We, at Aim Fitness, understand the importance of a healthy and engaged workforce.

With sedentary lifestyles and prolonged desk-bound work becoming increasingly common, it is crucial to prioritise employee wellness to enhance productivity, reduce absenteeism, and foster a positive work culture.

'Fit Brigade' – our corporate fitness training program is designed to address these concerns and provide an invigorating fitness experience for your staff.

Corporate Fitness Training Overview
Our 'Fit Brigade' training program aims to promote physical activity, improve overall health and well-being, and build camaraderie amongst your employees.

The program can consist of:

Tailored Fitness Sessions: We will organise engaging group workouts led by certified fitness trainers. These sessions will be customised to suit different fitness levels and can be conducted onsite at your premises or at a nearby park.

Team Building Activities: In addition to physical training, we will organise team-building exercises that foster collaboration, boost morale, and strengthen interpersonal relationships. These activities will enhance workplace cohesion and improve overall employee satisfaction.

Nutritional Guidance: Our expert nutritionists will offer educational workshops and individual consultations to guide participants in making healthy dietary choices. This holistic approach will ensure that your employees receive a well-rounded fitness experience.

Benefits to your Company
By implementing our corporate fitness program, your company can expect the following benefits:

Increased Employee Productivity: Regular physical activity has been proven to enhance cognitive function, leading to improved concentration, creativity, and productivity among employees. By investing in their well-being, your company will see a positive impact on work performance and efficiency.

Reduced Healthcare Expenses: Engaging in regular exercise reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions. By promoting employee wellness through the bootcamp, you can potentially decrease healthcare expenses associated with these conditions and improve overall employee health.

Enhanced Employee Engagement: A focus on employee well-being demonstrates that your company values its workforce. This fosters a positive work environment, boosts employee morale, and increases engagement levels. Employees who feel supported and appreciated are more likely to be loyal and dedicated to the organisation. By strengthening relationships among employees, your company will witness improved cooperation, efficient problem-solving, and an overall positive work atmosphere.

Improved Team Dynamics: The team-building activities incorporated within the bootcamp encourage collaboration, communication, and teamwork.

What is a typical Training Session?
Training sessions are generally 45-minutes long and are hosted at your work place or at a suitable place nearby. Each session is an efficient and comprehensive workout that combines cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and functional movements.

Here’s an overview of what typically can be covered in a 45-minute bootcamp:

Warm-up (3-5 minutes): The session begins with a dynamic warm-up to increase body temperature, loosen up muscles, and prepare the body for exercise. This may include light cardio exercises, dynamic stretches, and mobility drills.

Cardiovascular/Strength Training (30 minutes): The workouts often generally a hybrid workout which include a combination of cardiovascular and strength training exercises.

Cardio exercises can involve exercises like jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, mountain climbers, or short sprints. The goal is to challenge participants and get their heart rate up for maximum calorie burn.

The strength exercises focus on functional exercises that target multiple muscle groups simultaneously. This helps improve overall strength, muscle tone, and functional fitness. Common exercises may include squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, kettlebell swings, resistance band exercises, or bodyweight exercises. The intensity can be adjusted to cater to different fitness levels.

In addition core exercises are incorporated to strengthen the abdominal muscles, improve stability, and enhance posture. These exercises can include planks, Russian twists, bicycle crunches, or leg raises.

Cool-down and Stretching (5 minutes): The session concludes with a cool down period to gradually bring the heart rate down. It typically involves low-intensity exercises and static stretches to improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and promote recovery.

It’s important to note that the specific exercises and format may vary depending on the instructor, the fitness level of the participants, and the overall goals of the bootcamp. Additionally, modifications and progressions can be offered to accommodate different fitness levels and ensure a safe and effective workout for everyone involved.
